How can I get a copy of an invoice?

If you are an eLining.com member, you can get a copy of your invoice by logging-in and visiting your Manage My Account page.

You can see all of your orders currently in process and you can search your order history. From any order list, click on the order that you want a copy of: At the bottom of the order page, you will see a button called "Print A Copy". You will also see a eMail box. You can eMail a copy of your order to yourself or anyone you choose.

If you are not a member, visit the Track My Order page.

Enter your Order Number, eMail Address and Billing Zip Code to retreive your order details.

Click on "Send Details To eMail On File" and all information about your order will be sent to your eMail address - including tracking information. For security reasons, the order details will be sent to the eMail address you provided when you placed your order.
